Episcopal Social Services fundraiser highlights continuing need for wide-ranging services for low-income new yorkers.

Mary G. Connolly has joined Episcopal Social Services of New York (ESS) as Director of Development and Communications, and will oversee the fundraising and marketing efforts of the 177-year-old, $40 million human services agency.

New York City Council Member Darlene Mealy (District 41, Brooklyn) visited ESS’ After-School Program at PS 135 in East Flatbush to present ESS with a grant of $18,000 to support the Program’s ongoing operations at the school.
