Jessica Hickman, Director, Human Resources

Ms. Hickman brings to ESS more than a decade of management and consulting experience, specifically within the areas of Human Resources, Administration, Training and Change Management. Prior to joining ESS, she served as Director of Human Resources and Operations for an international professional services firm, where she oversaw human resource planning, training, compliance, compensation and benefits, policy design, hiring and evaluation, consultant placement, and employee relations. While at ESS, Ms. Hickman has been successful in the implementation of concepts contributing to the overall success of the agency including Performance Evaluation Systems, Employee Health and Wellness, Strategic Recruitment and Retention Practices, Employee Relation and Recognition Standards, Management Development Training, and Employee Communication Practices. Ms. Hickman received her MFA from Rutgers University, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
