Cordelia McNish, LCSW, Assistant Executive Director, Early Childhood Services

As Assistant Executive Director for Early Childhood Education, Ms. McNish oversees ESS’ Day Care, Therapeutic Nursery, and Early Head Start Programs. Before joining ESS, she was a staff member of Sheltering Arms Children’s Services for over 30 years, culminating in her tenure as Assistant Executive Director. In this capacity she oversaw programs and personnel serving nearly 800 children in preschool child care centers, family day care, preschool special education, Universal Pre-K, and other venues. A graduate of Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, Ms. McNish received her MSW degree from Fordham University and she is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York State. Her previous professional activities include positions with the Visiting Nurse Association of Brooklyn and Harlem-Dowling Children’s Services of New York.
